1. What should I bring on the tour?
Bring your winning smile and be ready to have fun with our tour guide. Also wear comfortable weather appropriate clothing, bring your camera and a form of payment for purchases.
2. Where do we meet?
Sightseeing Tour - meet us in front of the Barrymore Hotel Tampa Riverwalk. Located at 111 W. Fortune St., Tampa, FL 33602.
Cigar Tour - meet us at the J.C Newman Cigar Company.

3. Where do I park?
Sightseeing Tour - There is event priced parking with the hotel. Stop in at the front desk for payment and to obtain a key card to access the parking lot. There is also metered street parking however, Uber or Lyft is also an option.
Cigar Tour - the grass parking lot is free for our tourist and is located at 1530 E. 15th Ave, Tampa, FL. Just a short walk from J.C. Newman.
4. Does the tour operate during bad weather?
We tour rain or shine however, not during inclement (i.e..hurricane, flooding, etc) weather. We put safety first and we will contact you if things should be cancelled.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full CREDIT for a future booking if you would need to cancel 24 hours or more in advance of your tour start time. Please email info@TampaTourBus.com. Include name, date and time of tour to receive your credit. No refunds or credits less than 24 hour notice. For inclement weather (i.e... hurricanes, flooding, etc) we will offer a credit for a future date or a full refund.
6. Are children allowed on the tour?
Yes, we enjoy all ages on our City Tour. However, the age limit is 21+ on the Cigar Tour.
7. Is your bus wheelchair accessible??
Unfortunately at this time we don't have wheelchair access.
8. Are restrooms available during the tour?
Of Course we will make time to stop at locations with restroom facilities. No restrooms available on the tour bus.
9. What languages are available on your tour?
English is the only language spoken on tour at this time.
10. Can you smoke or drink alcohol on board the tour bus?
Water and non-alcoholic beverages are definitely allowed on board. Alcohol must be consumed prior to boarding the bus. Smoking will be allowed only at the Cigar Lounges visited during the Cigar Tour. No outside alcohol or cigars allowed in the cigar lounges.
11. Can I rent the bus for Private or Corporate Tours?

12. Are tips included or required?
Our tour guide works very hard to bring you the best experience possible. Although tipping is not required or included it will be deeply appreciated if you enjoyed your time with us.
13. Is advanced booking required?
We have an easily accessible online booking calendar available for your convenience. On-board we can accept payments via Paypal, Cash app, and Venmo.
